Official Rules
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not increase your chance of winning. Void where prohibited by law.
Participation in this challenge constitutes your binding agreement to these official rules. Without limitation, these rules provide for indemnification of the sponsor, waivers of class action and jury trial rights, and mandatory binding arbitration for most disputes.
The 2026 SubieCrew Chapter Test Drive Challenge (the “Challenge”) is open only to active, official SubieCrew Ambassadors in good standing who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and who are at least eighteen (18) years old and the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. The following individuals are not eligible to participate or win: directors, officers, managers, staff, and employees of Subaru of America, Inc. (“Sponsor”) or any of its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, suppliers, distributors, or retailers; members of their immediate families (spouse or domestic partner, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and stepfamily members); and anyone living in the same household as any such individual. The Challenge is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Winning is contingent on verification of compliance with these Official Rules. Ambassadors in a potential winning chapter may be required to confirm their active chapter status and complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where permitted, Publicity Release within five (5) business days after notification. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winning chapter.
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Challenge and acceptance of a prize constitute each winner’s consent for Sponsor and its agents to use the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and chapter affiliation for promotional purposes in any media worldwide, without additional payment, notice, or approval.
Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any individual or chapter that tampers with the referral or test-drive tracking process, violates these Official Rules, provides false or misleading information, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not waive that provision.
By participating, entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising from or related to participation in the Challenge; the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize; or technical, tracking, or communications failures.
Any claim or dispute arising out of or relating to the Challenge will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules & Procedures. Entrants and Sponsor agree that all claims will be resolved only on an individual basis and not through a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action.
These Official Rules and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, as applicable to corporate operations, without regard to conflict of law principles.
